Free Mental Health App for Students
What Is MOST?
MOST is a digital tool offering accessible, evidence-based mental health and wellbeing support. Available anytime and anywhere, MOST lets students connect with professional resources without barriers, whether they’re studying from home, on campus, or abroad in Australia.
Who Is Eligible?
MOST is open to every young person in Australia aged 12–25, regardless of whether they are domestic or international students. Young people aged 15–25 can sign up directly and do not require a referral, making it easy to get support whenever it’s needed. Those aged 12–14 can access MOST after being referred by one of MOST’s partner mental health services, located in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, and WA.
Why Is This Important?
Young people today—whether from Australia or overseas—face many challenges. Academic pressures, social change, and sometimes the stress of living in a new country can affect mental health. MOST’s inclusive model means support is available to a diverse community, helping anyone within the age range get expert help and tools for managing mental health and wellbeing.
Accessing quality mental health support is now easier than ever for young people across Australia thanks to MOST—a free, evidence-based digital platform for mental health and wellbeing. While it’s often promoted for international students, MOST is actually available to all young people aged 12–25 in Australia, including both local and international students.
