Rupali has been working for more than 15 years in the Vocational Education and Training industry (VET) in various Administration and Academic areas. With her extensive training experience, she has gained an understanding of learning and assessment strategies in education. She is passionate about Training and uses her potential to help learners understand their learning needs by providing quality training. She is Working at CIBT as Course coordinator. She uses strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication skills to work closely with academic and administrative departments to facilitate effective training. She strongly believes that “Education is not the learning of facts, but the Training of mind to think”.
