He is also advisor of Management, Technology and Innovation for RPL upskill Pvt.LTD. and a software development company Codecell Limited.

Shariful holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management Information Systems (MIS), Complementing this, he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA), further enhancing his strategic and managerial skills.
